My husband left a cat scan disc at the doctor's request. Promised he would mail it back because this business does not have any computers that has the disc slot. After weeks of not receiving it I called and just received a call back from the nurse who said she thinks it was mailed back to us. We never received it and she told me to call the post office. They are responsible for this as per HIPPA and when I informed her that they were responsible she HUNG up on me. Very bad business if you ask me

I was in and out in 1 & 1/2 hour even as a new patient completing the paperwork. Dr. Fruin was available for any questions. Scheduling went out of her way to set up preop appt while we were there. Everyone was very kind and efficient. Highly recommend!
Everyone is communicative , courteous, and efficient. I was seen promptly and treated like an actual person. Dr. Boll’s bedside manner is excellent. I feel very comfortable that I am in the right hands for my particular issues.
Staffed with the areas best physicians and staff, a patient will received recommendations and services necessary. Excellent, excellent, excellent!
