The staff here has gone above and beyond expectations. I brought my 3 yr old in for surgery. They all welcomed us and were very helpful. The nurse I had for my son went above and beyond to make my child feel safe and comfortable. The receptionist even willingly helped carry stuff back to the pre op room. The nurses stayed by our side this place is the best!
The PACU staff is really passive aggressive.
Had a septorhinoplasty here and the staff was absolutely incredible. From check-in to pre-op nurses (Kim & Robin were amazing) to my recovery nurse that could have been named Queen Elizabeth because I was so out of it. They were all warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to take care of me (in addition to my superstar ENT - Dr Stefanie Horne). The facilities were immaculately clean, too.
