The staff here is amazing. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well cared for. The woman at the front desk with the fabulous red hair was incredibly kind and helpful—I wish I remembered her name because she made such a wonderful first impression. The nurses who assisted with my IV and urine sample were patient and compassionate, and my anesthesiologist was so reassuring that he really helped calm my nerves before the procedure. My daughter had to have sone throat surgery. They were very busy, but very efficient. And all of the staff was great!
I'm a pretty skittish patient, in spite of working in healthcare. That said, everything about my experience here was top-notch, and I would go back again or recommend to others. All of the staff were friendly, respectful, and caring. The facility is nice, modern, and clean. Thank you all that took care of me that day!
Great experience beginning to end! My child needed tubes inserted and the staff were great with her.
