Tony and his crew were prompt, fair, and professional! I especially appreciated the honesty while determining the best course of action in refurbishing existing stained concrete inside our home. Unfortunately, we were not aware of TSP for that project and used a different product. We decided to leave the interior as is for now but had our massive wraparound porch stained. We were very pleased with Tony and his crew with The surface Pros. They were very professional and in and out. Very pleased how our floor turned out.
I called The Surface Pros after receiving a recommendation from the company that installed my pool 15 years ago. Tony responded to my request to refinish my pool deck within hours, and came out next day and quickly provided an estimate based on the scope of the job discussed. Crew worked smartly throughout the process of removing old deck, repairing cracks, and smoothing over settlements in the surface. Great attention to detail and providing quality work. Pool deck looks brand new again!
Tony helped us out on a staining job for our dear friends at The Olive Tree in Hiram, Ga. Start to finish he was communicative, knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Everyone that has seen the new area so far have raved about how good it looks. We highly recommend them and look forward to more collaborations in the future.
DO Not Hire. Promised the floor would be at least flat. It more like rolling hills. Texture was extremely Ruff!. Some of the stuff used to put on the floor was splashed on the walls. Never did come back out to fix or finish as promised. Besides having to have someone else finish the floor, they had to grind down areas that was so ruff the baseboards could not be I stall!
