Definitely the absolute BEST Chinese restaurants in the entire Tri-state area! Excellent food, excellent service. The only problem is the neighborhood that it is located in. Move the panhandlers from out front. If the City of Hagerstown would enforce the law, this would be even better!
NEVER GO HERE. WAITRESS DEMANDED TIP l would give this place a 0 if possible. me and my bf go here every once in a blue moon and to be honest it’s never been “good” just ok it’s cheap and fast but this last time going was horrible the food was all cold the chicken was either undercooked or dry as a dessert the mac and cheese was literally noodles in cheese water, other american food like pizza fried chicken and fries were either stale or all dried up and then ALL and i mean all the other dishes were SOAKED in oil so after ha... read more
Food is genuinely repulsive and tastes old. Servers watch how much you’re tipping and ask how much. It’s eery inside as well. Sushi tastes like play dough.
This place has a lot of selection for a cheap price, and I have come here many times in the past and will continue to do so
