It's very easy to make an appointment, access is fast. Experienced workers and attentive. I liked everything very much.
My two children (4 years old and 22 months at time of visit) were seen on Oct 11, 2024. Several things were wrong the day of my visit and I'm still trying to work out the billing with the Financial Department. So I decided to write this review to warm others to triple check your insurance and this office. First, the actual visit: yes, they have a lot of activities and cute set up in the front while you wait for your appointment, which we did for 30 minutes. This review is only for their reception/ scheduling team. I can’t speak for their dentist since we never saw one. You make an appointment online. You call to confirm the appointment. You bring your child to the appointment and you are told ‘Sorry you’re not on the calendar , come back tomorrow!’
Wonderful place for your little ones. I would recommend it to anyone. Love the staff!!!
