Paul in Super Dentists in Esco was amazing! He is bilingual and helped out my daughter who was very nervous and had a great time!!! Super empathetic and gave some great info!!!
"I am not satisfied with this Super Dents branch at all. During my visit with my children, the reception staff behaved unprofessionally and unethically; they looked at each other, laughed, and pointed at my kids. This kind of behavior is not appropriate for a medical environment and it made us very uncomfortable."
Terrible. I have no idea how this pediatric dentistry has such high reviews. Either they are paying to have bad reviews removed or people have no idea what a kid's full dental experience entails. I took my 3.5 y.o. for a cleaning and exam in July 2024 for their $99 promo price. Not only did they do absolutely nothing to clean her teeth other than a quick floss and brush with the dental hygienist telling me, "it doesn't look like I need to use the metal pick today" --- umm excuse me- what?
