Terrible. I have no idea how this pediatric dentistry has such high reviews. Either they are paying to have bad reviews removed or people have no idea what a kid's full dental experience entails. I took my 3.5 y.o. for a cleaning and exam in July 2024 for their $99 promo price. Not only did they do absolutely nothing to clean her teeth other than a quick floss and brush with the dental hygienist telling me, "it doesn't look like I need to use the metal pick today" --- umm excuse me- what? I took my autistic son here and was very disappointed by how unprepared and insensitive the staff were. I told the front desk we do not consent to any restraints, and they said they’d note it. But once we were called in, the first thing we saw were the straps. My son was already overwhelmed and anxious, and instead of showing understanding, staff stared and made him more uncomfortable. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They supposedly filled my daughters teeth, we spent a ton of money, trusted them... only for the fillings to have not been done correctly. My 6 year old daughter now has to get all new fillings and we are out of even more money!
