Buying a new infrared sauna from Sundance was both painless and enjoyable. Sue in the Oakville store was knowledgeable, patient and professional as we worked through a large renovation. And the install team were terrific. Great job all around, nothing better than a professional well run business that does what it says and executes well.

I recently purchased a hot tub from them. I had a Beachcomber that lasted over 19 years. We decided to shop around and to be honest we were likely going to go with what we knew for 19 years which was Beachcomber and was the first store we visited at their warehouse. I purchased a Finnleo sauna from the Oakville location in May 2024. The staff was super friendly and knew the product well. My sauna was delivered a week later AND set up by their team in under 2 hours . I could not have asked for better service . Thanks to Jason and the team for facilitating my best purchase ever .

I bought my first Sundance Spa some ten years ago and went with the Optima 880. I researched all manufacturers and found Sundance to be the right combination of quality, price and overall customer experience throughout the buying/education process. I had that spa for 6 years before I sold the house and moved leaving the spa behind.Through that 6 year ownership period I did have a few service calls which were always handled in a very prompt, thorough and courteous manner. Best service ever. We love our hot tub and have had two minor issues. Both time the service team was there super fast and fixed the issue. They let you know when they are en route and they follow up afterwards to let you know it's fixed. Great great great service!!!!!
