After comparing 2 other spa companies, Sundance offered the best deal. All sales staff, and especially Brian, were helpful, knowledgeable and were able to answer all questions. The after care service has also been exceptional. I'd like to give a shout out to Alex and Roger for the installation service. They asked where to put the tub and then went to work setting up. The Sundance Spa Store is absolutely wonderful to work with! Brian, Steve and Jason are all exceptionally knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
We recently purchased a sauna and hot tub and we had a few constraints. Sue made suggestions, provided contacts and names to help with install, etc. It was great being new to the area. The hot tub itself with the pump/jet system and setting is our favorite (of the 3 we have owned). No regret's
