I am extremely happy and impressed by the care I have received at Sun Healthcare on Almond Ave., Concord. Dr. Diep, and the whole staff, are very cheerful, kind, and efficient. Dr. Diep is very personable and professional. He listens, and answers and explains questions patiently. I highly recommend this wonderful care team!
I am astonished at the unprofessionalism at this place! I had an appointment April 8th. I explicitly explained my situation to Dr Ko. Dr Ko confirmed that I will receive the orthotics urgently, week of April 21st. It is now MAY 1st!!!!! I havent received the orthotics, a follow up appointment, a call back about a delay, absolutely NOTHING!!!!! It’s as if the appointment never happened.
