Beautiful community and very nice team. The location is great and the amenities are fantastic – the fitness center/pool/dog park is always clean and well maintained. The location is incredibly convenient being just a couple minutes away from all your restaurants. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and well managed place to live in Shreveport! you can definitely tell that Management cares about the property because she is always out blowing sidewalks and such
From the day I moved in, this place has felt like home. The staff go above and beyond—not just answering questions, but actually making sure you’re comfortable and happy here. Maintenance is quick, friendly, and always does the job right the first time. The grounds are beautiful and it’s surprisingly peaceful for how close we are to everything. I’ve lived in other apartments before, but none have made me feel as cared for and at ease as this one. I’m truly grateful to be part of this community.
Beautiful apartments
I'm a student and just moved in May and living at The Summit has been a great experience so far. I love how the staff are always polite, pleasant to work with and professional, grounds are always maintained and the one work order I had was attended to promptly. Living close to the school is a plus and all the shopping and restaurants are super close! I am definitely happy to be here!
