What ever you do don't move into Summit & Jacob they rip you of for a months rent ,they charge you extra for electric.I paid rent for August and wasn't able to move in until 8/21/2021.
I had a good experience with the Summit & Jacob Heights, the staffs there are nice and thoughtful. Also, I think it's a great location if you want to find a apartment that nearby campus. But, you know, it's better that if you could move in with somebody you know.
