Living there was fine it’s a place to live. It’s everything after moving out that was horrible. They will nickel and dime you out of your entire security deposit if you’re not careful. My family and I cleaned the entire apartment down for 2 whole days and they still charged us for “maid services” and “carpet cleaning”. Also, they charged me to replace things we already replaced (shower rods, light bulbs, etc). Ended up getting back a whole $11.50. At the end of the day, it’s a business, and this is a property is a scummy one... read more
I lived here for four years and the condos are very quiet with little disruption. Most of the tenants are grad school students, residents, or stay for games. I did like the location as it was about 12 minutes from campus. Unfortunately I’m giving this location a one star because of the management. When you choose a place to stay, the most important aspect is how interactive, understanding, and cooperative the management is.
