Living there was fine it’s a place to live. It’s everything after moving out that was horrible. They will nickel and dime you out of your entire security deposit if you’re not careful. My family and I cleaned the entire apartment down for 2 whole days and they still charged us for “maid services” and “carpet cleaning”. Also, they charged me to replace things we already replaced (shower rods, light bulbs, etc). Ended up getting back a whole $11.50. At the end of the day, it’s a business, and this is a property is a scummy one... read more

I lived here for four years and the condos are very quiet with little disruption. Most of the tenants are grad school students, residents, or stay for games. I did like the location as it was about 12 minutes from campus. Unfortunately I’m giving this location a one star because of the management. When you choose a place to stay, the most important aspect is how interactive, understanding, and cooperative the management is. I do have to say, I’m utterly disappointed with the management at this condo. I do not want to name people, but just be aware of what you discuss with them. Don’t get me wrong, they’re extremely nice- but it is a nice that almost makes you uncomfortable. One of the people in the office does like to twist information when not knowing all of the facts as well as share information about the other tenants. The owner of a car that lives in the same building as I do was making very loud noises with his modified mufflers, sometimes during the day and sometimes several days in a row at 5:20 AM. I talked to him about it, and he just made it worse. So I contacted management three times and they did nothing about it. It got worse than ever.
