We had our daughters wedding at the Summit Club and could not be more pleased with how everything turned out. They took care of everything for us from the flowers and decor to the food, which was absolutely delicious. Everything turned out beautiful and we can't thank our wedding planner Nicole and the manager Nafie enough for helping us plan such a beautiful wedding.
Our group had a large Christmas luncheon planned for 2012. We arrived and they quickly ran out of food and the menu they served was not what had been submitted to them. The menu had been confirmed by their staff and the number of people had been accurately up-dated to them at the time requested by them. When the coordinator was questioned about running out of food, she became quite huffy and said that they were cooking more. That resulted in meat that was so tough a dog could not have torn it apart. My friends planned a wedding reception here and paid in full for the use of the facility. The groom just died in a horrible accident and the company is refusing to refund even part of the deposit. I could understand if it was like next week and they couldn't find another wedding party to book, but there is plenty of time to re-book the venue for the same day/time. STAY AWAY! Horrible customer service!
