RecommendedThe entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to your needs. They are also quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. This is a great place to call "home"!
Management refused to deal with my noise complaints about the people who lived in the unit above us. Parking is not great.
My wife and I have lived here for almost a year now with two small children. Loved the experience here. The ladies in the office really go above and beyond for the residents. We definitely would be back for a second year, but we have outgrown apartments and are moving into a house. Sad to leave!
We’ve lived here for a year now and we love it! We were looking for some modern apartments in Sioux City and found a few but ultimately chose The Summit because of the amenities such as the dog park, the pool, 24/7 weight room as well as it’s unbeatable location. Being on the south side of Sioux City we are very close to the Mall, many department stores, and great restaurant options as well as being close to the interstate and highway 75!
I love my apartment here. Watching the sunrises and sunsets here are beautiful. My apartment feels like a home! The office folks are always very welcoming and get any work requests done in a timely manner. Everyone is so nice!
