My husband stayed at The Summit from December 2022 to February 16,2025 when he passed away. Robert was taken care of to the highest standards we all expect. Every person working from when I stepped into the facility was very respectful, kind and most of all caring. He was at the Iris House and every staff member,Team leaders, Nurses, Health Care Workers who were responsible for him were compassionate. Dr Vaughan took care of Robert to the best of his abilities. Nice place but sometime has homeless people
The women who answer calls at this establishment are consistently cold and dismissive. While I recognize that they likely handle a high volume of challenging inquiries, they appear to lack empathy toward family members seeking to connect with displaced loved ones. I have been hung up on, disregarded, and have had my messages consistently ignored.
