If you don’t live on the top floor, you can clearly hear your neighbors through the walls even if they’re not being excessively loud. Parking has been a big issue as well unless you would like to pay for your own parking space. Also, the LVT flooring in our unit was peeling off the ground in several places since the day me and my significant other moved into our unit. Instead of properly reinstalling/replacing the LVT, maintenance simply applied an adhesive to the loose tiles and poorly glued them back to the floor.

As a tenant who lived here for 3 years and just moved out to relocate for my job, I wanted to leave a review about my wonderful experience living here. The office staff were always kind and helpful. The maintenance staff is honestly amazing. They showed up within an hour of my AC unit going bad, and they have always fixed every maintenance request within a day or two at most.
