Currently I would not recommend. My new lease pricing is ridiculous. The appliances are old and outdated and they will only provide new ones if we pay to transfer in to another apartment. So while I am paying more I am getting nothing in return for the higher rate. I notified that prices online are better than what I am being raised to and was told that isn't correct.
