This place sucks. When I first moved the maintenance and manager where amazing if something was not working they would fix it ASAP . Now they take months to fix them till today they haven’t fix the problem I have in my unit and it’s soo unsafe that I had to install 4 Camaras outside cause is so dark by my unit that there is people living in there cars ...
Stay away! I regret so bad to have lived here. Rent is too high compared to other similar places. Rent increases drastically upon end of contract. Excessive charges after move out. Approximate Charges are $700 painting, $200 cleaning, $250 carpet cleaning, $400 trash removal (even if this is a small bed and mattress) and so on. Unprofessional management staff. This apt complex is a joke, the management is so slow to respond to anything, and there is a ton of crime. I've had multiple items stolen off my patio and they continue to do nothing about it, despite claiming there is "someone" who walks around at night. The area is trashy and the trailer parks next door on both sides is more than likely the source of all the crime, stay away!!
