We have lived here since 2019 and while we may have had some maintenance issues, which is to be expected they were and are resolved in a timely manner. The office manager is helpful and keeps the community inviting. Apartment living is hard to find in Flagstaff and can be expensive but we are glad to have found The summit and enjoy living here.
RecommendedWe have lived here almost 2 years, signing a lease for a 3rd. Alicia in the office is amazing and gives us peace of mind.She truly treats us like we are valuable residents and not just a rent check. I reccomend living here. Decent out-of-the-way location in FLG as well. Expensive, but good value for the area and safe and attractive property.
Great location and staff! Enjoyed calling this "home" for the few years I lived in Flagstaff.
