We just moved in but so far it is great! Ondrea, the leasing agent, is incredibly responsive even with my constant questions prior to move in. She has made our entire move in experience as easy as possible! Our apartment (3rd floor) has all newer appliances that are very nice. The kitchen has more storage than we know what to do with! The property is clean and the amenities are great. They even have little doggy bags and trash bins everywhere so it is easy for people to dispose of their dog's waste- no messes in the grass!
Ondrea was very professional and super helpful answering all of our questions!
If you don't live on the 3rd floor stay far far away. It's like a cheap hotel. Hear everyone who walks above you. I live on the second floor & can hear the people walking above me. Noise levels are very bad for a new building. 6/3/2021 ~ Smoking ~ Lease says its a non-smoking premise inside & outside except management does nothing about it. The tenant above me smokes outside so I have to keep my patio door shut. Lived here for 8 months in between moving states and my husband and I both enjoyed it! The amenities are nice and the leasing office is very polite and accommodating. I would recommend this complex to those looking for a spot in nampa!
