We love to leaving Summit Apartments but It’s kind of little expensive. We are here over 5years already. One time They only 6 months renewed because of to raise money. We paid 2,300 but after 6 months We paid over 2,700.00. Now We are paying over 2,900 including Wi Fi. . It’s 2 bedrooms. I m cancer patient so it’s really hard to move. Places. And Summits Appointments is very clean and closed from My Hospital. Hopefully no more raises rent . .

I moved into The Summit Apartments around October 2023, and I can confidently say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Before settling here, I toured several luxury apartments in Redlands and Loma Linda and none compared to The Summit. Between the beautiful modern style, prime location, and surprisingly affordable rent, it truly stood out. Just wanted to give a shout out to the maintenance team for getting the job done In A timely manner these guys are so efficient and quick with response time they make sure our property is taken care of thank you Alex, Mike, Franky, also the groundskeepers are always attentive tyrone ,and miguel , also the leasing office Bernie, Claudia, and Selena all in all thank you.summit I love it here.
