“I absolutely love living here! From the very beginning, the leasing and management team (Bernie, Selina, and Claudia) have been so friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I’ve needed. Writing this review purely as a warning to NOT move here if you need a reliable Internet connection, or any sort of Internet connection for that matter. If you work from home, take classes online, or just enjoy scrolling Instagram every so often, this place is not for you. Since I moved here four months ago, I have spent about 70% of the time connected to the guest Wi-Fi, since the community Wi-Fi that I pay $75 a month for does not work. I put in a request on Redfin over one week ago for a tour and have yet to receive a response. Prior to that, two months before, I left a message to request a tour and no one returned my call. Not very responsive to potential residents.
I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible support I received from the office staff and the maintenance team. We love to leaving Summit Apartments but It’s kind of little expensive. We are here over 5years already. One time They only 6 months renewed because of to raise money. We paid 2,300 but after 6 months We paid over 2,700.00. Now We are paying over 2,900 including Wi Fi. . It’s 2 bedrooms. I m cancer patient so it’s really hard to move. Places. And Summits Appointments is very clean and closed from My Hospital. Hopefully no more raises rent . .
