Came in to speak with property manager Ashley. Very sweet lady with a nice smile, something you don’t get often in customer service and very informative. Even helped me look up other places since I am over income. Office is really nice inside, well kept up.
I hate this place. Rent is cheap, but the crime rate is ridiculous in this area; the police have to do patrols at night on the weekends because of recent criminal activity. You cannot even feel safe in your own home or let your kids run freely outside without worrying that you or them will become the next shooting victim. We are only here because finding a better apartment in Virginia is like trying to find a needle in a haystack.
