This was a nice facility, but Diana Delgado & David Smart are evil people. They dont care about the residents or the employees at all. I would not want my grandmother or grandfather living at a facility that had multiple deaths and/or medication errors. Diana Delgado and David Smart should lose there jobs and not be allowed to be in this business due to there lack of compassion and there blatant disregard for there obligations

what a horrible death sentence for your loved one. no one in their right mind should send a family member here if they care about them. the management here is a joke and cant even treat their employees well enough to follow labor laws and overtime pay. staff is often short and cant get everything done, management sits around and makes fun of residents with dementia and confusion. when things break they generally do not get fixed until a sharper minded resident threatens to call state on them.
