Run Down but Spacious The Summit is an older complex, so the outside is not the prettiest. Each apartment does come with a full sized washer and dryer. Each person has his own bathroom. The hot tub is always the perfect temperature. Water is paid for by the complex, and you are responsible for electricity, cable, and internet on your own. The third floor gets extremely hot during the summer months because the air conditioning system is old.
