I have put it numerous of maintenance request just for the maintenance men to never come be standing around in the parking lot. If you get in touch with the leasing office they’ll tell you they’re going to come and never do but will make the request as completed….. hm Then also you can’t never tell them they’re doing wrong because the mind games are so strong they won’t even acknowledge it or just straight up lie. I called on Monday 7/20/26 to report that my bathroom mirror needed to be put back on the wall. A ticket was submitted, but as of today, no one has come or contacted me with an update. It’s disappointing to wait this long for a basic maintenance request without any communication. I hope management improves their response time and keeps residents informed about repair status.
