I called on Monday 7/20/26 to report that my bathroom mirror needed to be put back on the wall. A ticket was submitted, but as of today, no one has come or contacted me with an update. It’s disappointing to wait this long for a basic maintenance request without any communication. I hope management improves their response time and keeps residents informed about repair status.

I just want to say thanks to Eugene of the maintenance crew . Eugene came out and removed my hot water tank that was leaking below into the neighbors down stairs. Great and timely job. Great and fast service once again. Thanks, Dwayne
