2020 has been an interesting year and we have all seen many changes. I wanted to re-post regarding The Summer House apartments at Virginia Beach for a few reasons. During this pandemic the Summerhouse team has made an effort to stay vigilant and strong yet it has impacted their ability to be the best "them" possible just as it has each and everyone of us. We love the staff- they maintain a very respectful and professional demeanor. The atmosphere is perfect for beach families and the Sunmerhouse team goes above and beyond to keep up with the many demands of running a property such as this. Thank you each one for being you !!! The Kenney’s
Lived here 2 years and absolutely love it!!! The Staff is amazing!!!! The neighbors I have met are great and love the pool area! Walking distance to everything you will need and a free parking garage!!!
RecommendedThese apartments are fantastic. The location is why we moved in, but the staff is by far the best I have ever encountered. Management is superb, any maintenance issues that I submitted were resolved in minutes, not hours or days, which is unheard of to me. They are truly a luxury property. I wish I could have stayed another year.

Luv living here. Apartments are beautiful, leasing staff is excellent. Amenities great. Security good. Maintenance spot on! Quiet too! Neighbors are nice also. Best place to rent in Virginia Beach!!!

As empty nesters, just selling our family home ..my husband and I are so completely impressed and happy about the management/customer service SHA has given. April helped us with every need for move in. We were blessed to get a beautiful unit with a view. The service speaks volumes not just for the staff.. but the property manager Mike.
