I was tired and lost and they helped me out. Let me park outside (I was confused). Checked me in late with a smile. Room was awesome. Didn't want to do an overnight and tried to resist, but late in the day it was decided patient needed to stay over. All I needed was a bed and they gave me so much more.

My family member was transferred to Yale New Haven in the middle of the night. The next morning, I called the Suites and was given a reservation. The expected two night stay turned into 7. The staff was so kind and accommodating, as I changed my departure date several times. The room was large and well equipped. It was nice to have the space to be comfortable. If you need to be near the Yale New Haven Hospital, this location can’t be beat. Security staff were wonderful to transport me back-and-forth to the hospital to visit my husband. Local restaurants and Stop n Shop easily delivered. The suite was comfortable, the staff downstairs, and the housekeeping staff could not have been more lovely or more helpful. If you or a loved one is seeking care, I highly recommend this fabulous place.
