Nice little community. Clean and quiet.
They take care of maintenance requests quickly and respectfully. Wish yearly rental increases weren't so stiff but otherwise affordable and good place to live for a few years.
Very kind and helpful staff--Bridget, Alexis and Maxine have been excellent helping me out of multiple jams since I've been here--about 3 months. Compared to my last apartment, the maintenance crew are much faster getting to issues that come up. Excellent locale with Christopher Newport University just blocks away and with tons of businesses and restaurants to go to within minutes of the apt.
