I don't understand why this place insists on hogging the listings on Craigslist. They can't have that many apartments open.
Both times I’ve gone through the leasing process with the folks at Suites of Port Warwick, they’ve set the bar for how leasing agents and property management personnel are supposed to operate. Swift communication, welcoming dispositions, patience and professionalism. The AC went out the last summer I rented a unit, and although their maintenance team had a lot on their plate that week, management made sure that I had cool air within 24 hours. Very kind and helpful staff--Bridget, Alexis and Maxine have been excellent helping me out of multiple jams since I've been here--about 3 months. Compared to my last apartment, the maintenance crew are much faster getting to issues that come up. Excellent locale with Christopher Newport University just blocks away and with tons of businesses and restaurants to go to within minutes of the apt. Don't rent here they're very unorganized and apparently they might charge me for not renewing my lease even after I gave them a hand written letter explaining we're leaving and not going to renew the lease. We left in September and decided to do the right thing and just pay off the lease instead of breaking it but that apparently is too confusing for them to understand, I'm so done with this place I'm glad we got out when we did and left the state.
21 and this is a good place to be; choose your roommates and check your house and you’ll have little problems
