The Sudbury Apartment complex has been an amazing sanctuary in the city, as our family gets to know Boston! But this review is to specifically praise the OUTSTANDING CONCIERGE TEAM who work with the utmost professionalism, intelligence, and efficacy in making everyday living here five stars! BEWARE—When operated by Bozzuto, the Sudbury was a luxury experience. It wholeheartedly deserved 5 stars. However after a change in management companies (now Greystar) the quality of service and cleanliness has significantly decreased. It has been over a month and Greystar’s “transitioning” excuse for the lack of quality service is no longer acceptable. We regret resigning our lease. You can do so much better in Boston for this price point!
I had the pleasure of touring the property this week and absolutely loved it! The apartments are gorgeous and the amenity spaces are to die for! Maray was very knowledgable and answered all my questions! I also had the pleasure of meeting Chaimae and Alexis, the property management team, and they were very welcoming and kind! Definitely applying tonight!
The building and entire staff are wonderful! I have lived at the Sudbury for 3.5 years (I moved here thinking it would be one year and haven't left!). The amenities are beautiful, the building is always spotless, and location is very convenient to all areas of Boston.
