I bought a car in October 2024 and canceled some of the warranties in December. However, the dealership still hasn’t sent the updated receipts to the finance company. I’ve been trying to call them, but no one is answering. Right now, I don’t have any warranty coverage, and no money has been deducted from my account for the canceled warranties. My biggest mistake was buying a car from this place — the service has been very poor.
I always struggle to get the proper service from this place. Every single time I have such a hard time scheduling a shuttle to pick up my vehicle. It is such a burden every single time. Also the sales, finance departments are not competent. So frustrating!
As always, I came in for a tire rotation and oil change and had an amazing experience. I was handled with care, respect, and professionalism. Would highly recommend coming here for service (and special thanks to Joe in Service).
Sold me a car with a faulty transmission after their report said the transmission was checked and in good order. Charged me $995.00 for nitrogen in my tires after their report said the tires were dry rotted and needed immediate attention. This was a one year guarantee. I never was given the option to decline this guarantee. They seen and old person and thought they would take advantage of him. Sold me a 1 year guarantee for dry rotted tires.
