I let them know I was interested in a car and that I would be in touch with the final details of my potential appointment time. That was all it took for them to blow my phone up like a bill collector. If they are that desperate to make a sale they are liable to sell me anything. I went with another dealer. No one likes pushy business that harass you.

I bought a car in October 2024 and canceled some of the warranties in December. However, the dealership still hasn’t sent the updated receipts to the finance company. I’ve been trying to call them, but no one is answering. Right now, I don’t have any warranty coverage, and no money has been deducted from my account for the canceled warranties. My biggest mistake was buying a car from this place — the service has been very poor.
