We had never been to this establishment before. The food was very good, our waitperson, Richard, was wonderful and the Frank Sinatra tribute good. The bar service however left a lot to be desired. In order to make it easier for the bar staff to service all the people, we formed a line. This worked well for the people who followed suit but you always have these people who believe they are too good to wait in a line and go around it and stand at the bar demanding to be served. Come for the Bourbon, Craft Beer, Hand-Crafted Cocktails or Wine selection. Stay for the freshly prepared menu. Make sure to ask about the specials and if they have cheesecake.
I love this place! It is definitely a favorite when I am in town! I will certainly be back!
Very unpleasant experience on 10/6/17. Ordered a glass of champagne from the menu and the server couldn't figure it out and brought a bottle of random wine. I further explained that isn't what I ordered, she replied "I guess I won't charge you" I ordered baked fish off the menu and when it arrived, it was mushy and tasteless. She talked to the chef and said he was in training and "forgot to season it"! After attempting to eat it, it was apparent it was not cooked properly. Over an hour wait for an undercooked burger. But the check came a minute after the food. No apologys no "I'm sorry we're backed up or is everything ok. Will not go back. But Liam Ford was great.
