We tried to sell both our homes unsuccessfully last year. it took my ex-husband many months lots of convincing before we could finally get James to take over the sale of our homes.when my ex finally agreed both homes were sold within a matter of weeks. James Suarez damaged me and my transaction and behaved maliciously and unprofessionally. See his three-year “probation” status now in effect from the California Board of Realtors which speaks for itself. I was in escrow on a house for weeks and ready to close, when he pushed me out of escrow because he got another offer on the property for $100,000 more. He tried to push me out of escrow by being as malicious as possible so I would cancel the deal. When I wouldn’t cancel, his conduct escalated. His “professional services” in... read more
