Ron and Dayna did a fantastic job selling our home, above market rate and making the process as stress free as possible. It was so pleasing to work with a team who aren't pushy, but did whatever they could to get the best outcome for us. We couldn't recommend them highly enough!
We tried to sell both our homes unsuccessfully last year. it took my ex-husband many months lots of convincing before we could finally get James to take over the sale of our homes.when my ex finally agreed both homes were sold within a matter of weeks. James Suarez damaged me and my transaction and behaved maliciously and unprofessionally. See his three-year “probation” status now in effect from the California Board of Realtors which speaks for itself. I was in escrow on a house for weeks and ready to close, when he pushed me out of escrow because he got another offer on the property for $100,000 more. Last month we called the Suarez team for a property that unfortunately they have listed on Marina Del Rey. We left a voice message and sent an email. Never heard back. Sellers should be aware of this. I am very suspicious now of any good reviews they have. Possibly fake. Try them yourself and see if they respond. They may now after reading this review. Otherwise I would say based on my experience, buyers beware of wasting your time.
We worked with Ron Anavim to purchase our first home in Santa Monica and he was wonderful to work with. He is very calm and laid back and helped to take the pressure off of the whole process of buying a home. He respected our budget and time line with no questions asked and he walked us through the whole escrow process He is also very responsive by text or email or phone. Just a great realtor!
