Orlando was excellent. He helped us find the right property to purchase and was there to help and guide us through every step until we successfully closed. We are very happy with the whole process and our new house. Orlando was instrumental in making it all happen. We will definitely get Orlando’s help with any future real estate needs we may have. I’ve worked with Peter and his team for many years. They are amazing !
We purchased a new home with Peter in June 2025. After the entire experience, I would strongly recommend against using this realtor or agency. Peter misled us on several occasions - told us there is a mandatory 10 year home warranty on this home when there wasn’t, removed contingencies without notifying us and refused to work with us on the commission despite being on the seller’s side (requiring less work on his end especially when I found the home).
