Usually I don’t write reviews but this experience was one of the worst experiences I had ever had with any type of service. I booked Allie Malaway for my bridal hair trial and from the get go, she took days to respond to my messages. When she did answer, she was very vague and then ended up telling me I owed a $500 dollar deposit on the day of my trial. I went in for a haircut and Thomas was able to get me in, as my usual stylist is on her honeymoon. The atmosphere was amazing, and the staff was incredibly friendly, which I really appreciated. I brought pictures that my regular stylist had suggested I show, but unfortunately, Thomas didn’t achieve the look I was hoping for. The result was quite different from what I asked for, and I left feeling disappointed. I was hoping for a better outcome, especially since I came in with a clear reference.
Needed my hair cut last minute. Thomas squeezed me in and did an amazing job! Truthfully one of the best haircuts I’ve ever received.
