Best service and genuine customer service
I had a great experience here on my previous visits, which is why I came back. Unfortunately, this visit left me disappointed. I arrived for my 6:00 p.m. appointment and was taken straight to have my hair washed. It was a 1 quick shampoo only (no conditioner) followed by my haircut with Kali and a blow-dry. The entire appointment, from wash to finish, took about 18 minutes. I was surprised when the total came to $90 before tip. I recently had a balayage and haircut with Margo. At first, the colour wasn't quite what I had envisioned from the inspiration photos, and I also noticed the haircut wasn't completely even once I got home. I reached out, and Margo didn't hesitate to have me come back. She listened to my concerns, adjusted the colour, fixed the haircut, and made sure I was happy with the final result.
