I wish I could give zero stars. We arrived on the morning of July 21 with two young children for haircuts. After being outside in the rain for less than a minute, our hair was only slightly damp. The employee refused to serve us and was extremely rude. The salon was COMPLETELY empty, yet we were told they were “fully booked.” Turning away a family with two small children and sending them back out into the rain, while the salon sat empty, is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I couldn’t be happier with my hair! The balayage is blended so beautifully and looks incredibly natural. The color has so much dimension, and the tone is exactly what I was hoping for. My hair feels healthy, soft, and shiny, which is so important to me.
