I booked a colour toner service at The Styling Lab today (April 20th) which was listed at $65 + HST. Based on my experience with most salons, I reasonably expected that this would include a wash and blow-dry as part of the service. During the appointment, the stylist asked if I wanted a blow-dry. Assuming it was included (as is standard in many salons), I said yes. At no point was I informed that this would be an additional $50 + HST.
