I came in the Salon and meet a lady name Sherri a few months ago..... I introduced myself and told her I was looking for a stylist to treat my hair. She told me she would be able to do my hair, she gave me her number..... I texted her a few weeks later and sent her a picture of how I wanted my hair. My experience was not the best. My first nor second visit was no different. There is no sign in book, my stylist did not even attempt to see if arrived for the appointment. People arrived after me and there was no type of acknowledgement if I was even there. I ended walking out and will not be returning at all. She does good work (i.e. hairstyles), but customer service is important to me and I know it could have been handled differently and better.

I don't mean any harm. But this lady Sherri Watson is supposed to be a CHRISTIAN,🙎‍♀️🙎‍♀️🙎‍♀️🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️ She's rude. I'm never coming back to her. She complained earlier in the day as she unmatted my hair saying she didn't want to be here all night. 😒I did not honestly know that my hair was matted. Sherri kept trying to tell me that I knew my hair was matted. Then she got MORE rude. I told her she was being rude. Before I walk out of the business, I let her know I needed to put my wig on because I don't wear my real hair ... read more
