We contacted them to do some work at our house. We were told they would call us back later that day and give us an estimate. 2 days later I called them after not hearing from them. We decided to contract them for the work. However, all communication stopped. I called every day for 6 business days, left a few messages, but never got a response back. Assured me they would do all the cleanup as well and do a walk through when they were done so we were satisfied. Jason even said he would come out a second day to finish up if needed. None of that happened. They left a huge mess and scared me with their anger when we asked about the cleanup and asked for payment. They asked $1600 for 1 days work for 2 men. I would never hire them again.

I have worked with The Stump Doctor in the past. Scott (the owner) has chosen True Vine Tree Care to help his company with some treacherous crane removals and a few other lot clearing projects.
