I had my car broken in to at their property. The cameras are there however they do not do a decent job recognizing the faces of these criminals. Also the property management never sends awareness massages to residents regarding the ongoing car thefts at the property.
DO NOT LIVE HERE!! These apartments are home to many drug addicts who leave the apartment building smelling and covered in roaches. Car got broken into and leasing staff did not care one bit. We sent in a request to have a broken window replaced and no one came in the 4 months we lived there. The apartments are very unsafe, I do not recommend having children live here. I’ve been here 8 years and I refuse to leave. I’ve been here so long that everyone that works here has become a good friend. The peace and quiet I have once I’m inside my apartment means everything to me. This is my home and I love it.
Great place to live. Anytime i need anything fixed they come in real time. They have cleaned my carpet twice in three years and replaced my flooring in my kitchen and bathroom. This doesnt happen at most apartments. Sincerely, Ryan Farris
The worse experience I have ever had in renting. I saw the apartment on Friday and they priced it as $1584.99, then I went back on Wednesday and they said the price was increased about $300 and she priced it as more than $1800. I assume these people are fishing and they have unethical principles
Very nice and clean apartments staff are always willing to go above and beyond and help with whatever needs you may have. When I first moved in I had just had surgery and the maintenance staff was in my building seen me struggle and came and moved the last of the larger things in for me and told me if I needed anymore help to just call they was more than happy to assist.
I love my apartment. Maintenance is great. My favorite things about it is the location and the fact that the rent includes utilities.
