I got my hair done by Bella and she was amazing! She listened to what I wanted, offered great ideas to help protect my hair, and ended up giving me a great result! She was nice, polite, professional and fair priced! Will def schedule my next appointment with her!

I went to Kaitlyn and asked for blonde ends with roots to match my natural ashy blonde and a layered haircut. I thought we had communicated well but I walked out with deep brown hair, patchy blonde highlights and a choppy haircut. She promised that the brown on my roots would fade to match my natural color but it did not and I ended up having a very clear line of grow out which was the entire thing I was trying to avoid. I asked her if she could fix it and she was going to charge me $80 to do so. I did not go back.
