I was studio shopping when I first moved to the area and decided to try Studio MDR and I signed up immediately after my first trial class. The coaches are incredibly engaging, welcoming, and genuinely take the time to make the class feel personal. The studio is also clean and well maintained. I love this studio. I have seen such a difference in my body and I love how they have beginners classes to get you familiar with all the different poses.
All of the staff is so nice and make it a point to make you feel welcome and remember your name. The instructors are super attentive and hands on.
Studio MDR is amazing! I’ve gotten so much stronger since coming and always get in a good sweat. Tori classes are THE BEST with 🔥 playlists but can’t go wrong with any of the instructors!
