Great instructors and clean studio.
Excellent Pilates studio! The class was the perfect balance of challenging and easy to follow. I felt every movement in the best way. The instructor was motivating, attentive, and made sure everyone stayed on track. Great workout—I’m already looking forward to my next class!
Great spot for Pilates! Alex the instructor for today did a great job balancing someone like myself (1st class) with others that are regulars. Keep it up yall! Can’t wait to return.
The best lagree studio in the South Bay! I started off with 1 beginner essentials class and jumped right into total body classes and got the hang of it after a couple weeks. Shout out to Caroline, one of my favorite instructors, who always makes sure to correct my form (especially at the beginning), reminds me what a great job I’m doing, and help me to avoid knee joint pain with form and stretches.
