Great experience! Amy and Spring were very helpful, friendly and worked very hard at helping us find our new hardware. I would definitely recommend!
We stopped in on one of the rare occasions they were open. Display was nice but it's impossible to get any help from anyone here. And it's unclear what anything is priced. She advised scheduling an appointment for more help but it's also impossible, I called and left messages, and emailed, took several days to get back and then she randomly will close the shop. Amy has been my 'go to' for refined hardware for years, before she even opened The Hardware Studio. Her expertise and resourcefulness is invaluable. I'm so pleased to support a local source for fine hardware, it elevates our design options in Madison. I always make an appointment. :)
