I'm not one to leave negative reviews but I feel compelled after the reactions I've received to my experience. She destroyed my hair - I left with highlighter yellow roots, extreme breakage/ scalp burns and dull gray ends. I had made it clear at the beginning of the appt I could come back a different day if she did not have time for what I wanted.
