Gloria is excellent, she takes the time to explain each procedure, the process and outcome. She is detailed and takes her time to get a really nice finish. She is bilingual fluent in Spanish/ English, friendly and professional. Her prices are competitive and has a flexible schedule. My cousin and I got Ombre eyebrows done and they turned out beautiful.
