I highly recommend The Studio by CF and K. I tried their naturopaths, physio, kinesiology, RMT and yoga Pilates classes, and I found so much good progress in my body and gained strength. The owners, the couple, both are the therapists are kind, nice and patient to help identify the challenges and meet my needs. As a health practitioner myself, I recommend this space for the healing, relaxation and the strength development.
