Natalie is an amazing physiotherapist! I was experiencing back pain after giving birth, and Natalie’s expertise made a huge difference. She helped me relax my muscles, and I felt such a big relief after each session. The treatment room is also very clean and tidy, which adds to the overall comfort. I would definitely recommend her!
Daniel is a great kinesiologist. He is very caring and has great attention to detail. The studio also has amazing physiotherapist, RMT and acupuncture staff. I highly recommend the clinic. Whether you have minor injuries or more serious injuries, all the staff have a lot of experience and expertise to provide the right treatment.
I’ve really enjoyed taking Pilates classes with Veronica. She is patient, encouraging, and explains movements clearly. The classes are well-structured, challenging but still approachable, and I always leave feeling stronger and more relaxed.
This studio has been such a positive experience for me. I’ve had several physiotherapy sessions here, which have played an important role in my recovery.
