I recently had an amazing RMT massage. The therapist was highly skilled, professional, and attentive to my needs. The atmosphere was relaxing, clean, and comfortable, making the entire session even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place!
Kimmy is a very very nice and kind and patience teacher. She always help us to do different poses......I really love it and enjoy in the class..... .
Kimmy is a kind and patient aerial yoga teacher. She helps everyone when needed and all students are able to participate fully. The foundation class is so good but they also offer intermediate classes for an added challenge. Aerial yoga at CF&K is fun and so good for the body when practiced regularly.
