The studio is an amazing, welcoming place. They are super willing to meet you wherever you are at fitness wise and help you meet your specific goals. The whole coaching staff is top notch, friendly, funny, the whole nine yards. 100% would recommend
We have been coming to The Studio for 2 years. The coaches are great, the community is fantastic and the gym is clean. It has a really good vibe.
Let me start by saying that I don’t generally write reviews. I’m writing this one because I believe anyone seeking a place to workout would not go wrong with The Studio. The coaches are knowledgeable and will modify any workout to accommodate the members’ needs and abilities. The workouts are challenging but no pressure to go beyond your limits. The coaches foster a community among the members who are friendly and encourage each other to do their best. I highly recommend the Studio!
