Allen Studebaker helped my wife and I buy a home in Desert Ridge. He is truly a market expert and knew the neighborhood, which was great, but I am sure lots of agents know neighborhoods. We were in process of selling one of our properties. Cory McDonald was the buyer agent. In the middle of talk and negotiation, she decided to not answering/replying to my agent. After 7 days she came back saying they bought another house. I found her ver dishonest and unprofessional. I hope she gets a lesson to not do this again to someone else.
The realtor Cory McDonald decided to keep us in dark, very unprofessional and dishonest not replying to my agents email, calls and texts. Do not let her to destroy your most important decisions in your life! She is not good
