Io and Mateo absolutely make the experience, the place, and the investment worthwhile. They both are far above and beyond. Not only do they make their mixes for the drinks, they have excellent attitudes and seem to be fully invested in supporting we customers. That is so often missing in any customer service experience these days...perhaps ever. Customer service so often outright SUCKS...this, absolutely, did not suck. It was excellent. They need to train others their skillset.
Fun and cozy upstairs lounge with delicious cocktails and tasty small plates.
A fantastic redesign of the old 1928 space with wonderful new drinks to enjoy and a more spacious layout. It will be a great way to enjoy the weekends with alone or with company.
I absolutely love the location and I did love the drinks but it seemed a little shabby. Like they started it but didn't keep it up. They are so close to it being absolutely wonderful. But it needs a little attention. I don't know if there's an elevator because we went up the stairs on the outside. It actually took us a bit to figure out where it was. It doesn't have a great signage and the entrance is in a courtyard. We almost felt like you were going through a different establishment.
