Don't ever question their quality control, they feel they are never wrong. Received a batch of labels printed off center and lacking the same adhesive strength as a half dozen previous orders. After complaining labels were just falling off I was told they "met standards" and "maybe I should just go elsewhere". This was after doing business with them for over 12 years! Very surprised at the lack of initiative to resolve issues.
