I am compelled to write this review due to a significant lack of communication and action from Attorney Strong. Retained in August 2024 to prepare a demand letter, I furnished a comprehensive timeline of my case. Regrettably, I never received proof of the letter being sent or any meaningful updates on its progress. Since withdrawing representation in February 2025, my request for a refund of unearned fees has also been ignored.
