Matt is the whole package when it comes to a realtor. He is knowledgeable, patient, trustworthy, and an all around great guy to be around. He helped us get a great deal on our first home even though it took a while for us to find the right home. It is everything we could have asked for. If you are looking for a realtor I would absolutely recommend Matt Strobl.
I can't even leave a zero star survey, but I would if I could! This person is not ethical when it comes to real estate. Placed a full price offer (plus) on a property he was representing, then did not here anything for 24 hours. My agent had to ask what the status of the offer was multiple times and received, "the builder is out of town..." When actually there was an open house the following day. Matt was everything I could have possibly asked for in a real estate agent. Coming into an extremely competitive and difficult housing market, Matt was able to take me from knowing absolutely nothing about how to purchase a home, into quickly and easily understanding the full process and landing me in a home far nicer and more affordable than I ever could have imagined.
