Horrible. When answering the phone she did not say her name or the name of her business, and so I clarified by asking if it was a barber shop and she immediately gave me attitude. She said in a very rude way that she doesn't take appointments and it's cash only and would have to be gone by 4, but sounded it sounded like we would have enough time to try as a walk in so I sent my son in with his dad for a trim.
